Join neighbors of all ages to Color a Community of Kindness, a collaborative art project by Grosse Pointe Theatre in partnership with Posterity Gallery and Main Street Grosse Pointe. Together, we're create a large-scale mural that will be proudly displayed in The Village. Each participant will reserve a time slot to color a 6x8 piece that becomes part of the final mural. You'll also have the chance to create Kindness Cards that will be shared with children in the Make-A-Wish Michigan program. Families are encouraged to sign up together to make it a shared moment of creativity.

The special art project was inspired by the courage, hope and kindness of Cinderella, who demonstrates that everyone has the power to make a difference by being kind.

All participants who sign up to create one of the 150 mural tiles will also be entered into a drawing for a Family Four-Pack of tickets to Grosse Pointe Theatre's production of Rodgers and Hammerstein's Cinderella. Participants are encouraged to dress as one of their favorite Cinderella characters to add to this magical experience.

This FREE Community Event is Saturday, May 30, 2026 outside in The Village of Grosse Pointe. Sign up at this link for your opportunity to be part of this special project!
