MEMBERSHIP
Membership in Grosse Pointe Theatre is open to those age 18 or over who are interested in the promotion of quality community theatre. Membership dues are $30 per year. We need you to volunteer, no matter what your talent: design, carpentry, painting, electronics, sewing, crafts, cooking, making coffee, writing, organizing, and, of course, performing. Even if you feel you have no talent, but would like to learn, we'd be more than happy to show you the ropes!
Membership meetings are held in the Crystal Ballroom of the Grosse Pointe War Memorial on the second Monday of many months - September, November, February, April and May. A social hour precedes each meeting and is an excellent opportunity to meet new people. The meetings are brief, but informative, providing important tidbits of information about current and future events. Each meeting is followed by a workshop presentation, such as a one-act play. These meetings are perfect occasions for new and prospective members to get acquainted with GPT and become involved.
